From AI overwhelm to a clear HR roadmap
Many organisations get stuck between inspiration and implementation. They collect great ideas for AI in HR, but struggle to decide which ones to do first, what’s realistic, and how to turn those ideas into tangible value.
This hands-on, simulation-style workshop is designed for modern HR leaders who want to move from “AI sounds exciting” to “we have a prioritised plan we believe in”.
Why this matters now
AI in HR is moving fast. Ideas are everywhere—chatbots for recruitment, automated onboarding, personalised learning, predictive analytics—but turning those ideas into value is harder than it looks.
Many HR professionals feel:
Overwhelmed by the sheer number of AI possibilities being discussed inside and outside their organisation.
Unsure about what each AI initiative actually requires in terms of data, skills, budget, and organisational readiness.
Frustrated when leadership wants quick wins but the priorities aren’t clear.
Left out of the deeper conversations because the language and methods for AI planning feel overly technical.
Without a clear way to evaluate and prioritise initiatives, the risk is that resources get spread too thin, or that you start with the “shiny” projects instead of the ones that create real impact.
This workshop gives you a calm, structured, and human-centred approach to cut through the noise—so you can confidently move from “great ideas” to a clear, prioritised path forward for AI in HR.
What you’ll do in the workshop
In this live, virtual workshop, you’ll join a small group of peers and:
- Explore realistic AI development options in HR (via ready-made scenario cards)
- Discuss the impact, effort, and essential enablers for each initiative
- Apply simple but powerful prioritisation techniques to decide what matters most
- Sequence initiatives into a practical release plan
You’ll work in small breakout groups (3 people) inside Miro (an Agile tool we use), guided by an experienced facilitator, so you can practise decision-making in a safe, engaging environment.
What you’ll walk away with
A repeatable method for turning AI-in-HR ideas into a prioritised action plan
A clearer understanding of the factors that make or break AI success in HR
Practical experience you can adapt immediately to your own HR–IT discussions
Confidence to lead the conversation on AI investment and value delivery
