Change and cancellation terms
The Agile HR Community understands plans can change unexpectedly and offers the following cancellation terms to assist:
100% refund can be issued to non-promotional tickets 30 days before the kick-off date. No refunds can be given Roundtable tickets nor promotional tickets. This applies to promotional tickets like the Black Friday campaign tickets. Promotional tickets however can be transferred in the same way as non-promotional program tickets to another participant as long as up to date information is given before 7 days of the kick-off date.
We do not cover any related or forfeited expenses.
Your ticket can be transferred without additional cost to another person 7 days before the first live event/session for the program.
The Agile HR Community (Agile People Ops Limited) reserves the right to postpone or cancel the event if there are insufficient registrations. You will be notified no later than 14 days prior to the kick-off call with a full refund of the course fee you have paid and/or a possibility to register for a future program.
In case of a cancellation and refund, we do not cover for any currency related losses (i.e. the exchange rate has changed and you’ll get less paid back in your own currency) or bank costs relating to a cancellation (i.e. if your bank or credit card has charged you fees for paying the course fee in the first place). Agile HR Community will refund the paid course fee. Please insert and hold the calendar bookings for the virtual sessions until you get a confirmation. If circumstances require, facilitators may be substituted for alternatively qualified facilitators with equivalent experience.
In a tragic situation of a force majeure for a trainer (illness, internet breakdown, connectivity problem, disruption, weather etc.) a substitute trainer can facilitate the learning, and/or a replacing session can be recorded and sent to you.
We will do our very best to ensure this situation does not occur. We do not cover any related costs in this very unlikely, and unfortunate situation. The Agile HR Community (Agile People Ops Limited) will not be liable for any incurred direct or indirect costs due to cancellations. These cancellation terms apply to our public digital programs and may vary for other events hosted by Agile HR Community (Agile People Ops Limited).
- Securing a seat – by paying your invoice/by credit card
You will secure a seat at a training program by paying your ticket. If you pay by invoice and it is unpaid on the due date, Agile HR Community can sell the seat to another paying customer.
- Changing of program cohorts – Digital programs
If the kick off session is more than 30 days ahead, you can cancel your participation and get a refund or choose to transfer to a later program. This does not apply to any promotional tickets like the Black Friday campaign tickets. Promotional tickets are non-refundable tickets. Within 30 days before the kick off, and having paid your ticket, you will not be able to change programs to an alternative date. By registering and paying, you have agreed that you understand the time commitments and have agreed to the scheduled session times and agree to attend the scheduled classes (described in the training program page and schedule).
- Personal blockers for participation are your own risk
By registering and paying you have agreed that you understand the time commitments and prioritisation needed to participate in the digital program fully. If you have to prioritise something else, have an illness, grievance, or have a personal blocker, or if your business situation asks you to prioritise something else, the risk is carried by the customer (you). Please register only if you truly can prioritise the program. The learning is built through a cohort based approach, and any shifts in participants will affect other people’s learning. We will not transfer you to another program.
- Digital program certification assessments
If assessments are not completed in the time stated in class, it will unfortunately be marked as a fail. There is the option of extending deadlines for circumstances beyond your control with a charge of €375 (+VAT) per person for a full new assessment.
As a paid participant you are invited to complete the program certification assessment or certification materials as set out in the program registration details. You will need to submit your certification assessment materials by the dates agreed in your program. Your assessment will be conducted on the materials you have submitted on the due date. You can not submit further materials after this deadline.
The passing criteria for becoming certified are described in each program description. (usually covers presence in live sessions, level of digital learning finished, delivering group work/case studies/assessment material in time to the trainer, and passing the evidence based assessment by the trainer). If you fail you can request to retake a certification assessment at a cost of €375 (+VAT). You can be certified 6 months after the kick-off date/first live session of your digital program.
- Time Limited Access to Digital Learning Resources and material
Our digital training programs are a collaborative online environment and are hosted within multiple breakout rooms and can therefore not be recorded for review later. Our online learning platform is a limited resource and is only accessible to you during the time on your program. Due to copyright reasons we will not share these learning assets outside of the online learning platform. Training session slides are shared with participants, under the IPR license. All training resources and all digital material is delivered to the participant under the IPR terms. (please read below)
We recommend purchasing the book Agile HR – deliver value in a changing world of work would you like detailed documented reference materials after the course.
