Agile Ways of Working
What is the Agile Ways of Working training program?
This program inspires HR teams to rethink what Agile is all about, offering a modern, human-centric mindset with practical examples grounded in the reality of HR. The tools introduced during the training are consistently highly appreciated, alongside the valuable sharing, discussion and peer learning between HR participants.
Designed for HR teams to work in a more focused, collaborative and adaptive way, this interactive training program introduces the essentials of Agile Ways of Working in a practical and engaging format.
The learning journey combines self-study, live learning sessions, experience-based hands-on practice and lightweight group work. Participants will explore the Agile mindset and try out key Agile practices, including building a backlog, prioritising work, deciding what to deliver first, planning a sprint, collaborating as a team to build a product, reviewing progress and using retrospectives to improve teamwork.
In small groups, participants will also explore real examples of Agile within their own HR domain, such as Learning & Development, Recruitment, HR service centres or other specialist areas. They will share insights with peers and leave with practical ideas they can utilise immediately.
For HR leaders, this program offers a clear and accessible way to introduce Agile to the whole team – building shared understanding, common language and practical confidence to start modernising HR work together.

Format for the Agile Ways of Working training program

- Group: In between the live learning sessions you will have group discussions and do research on Agile HR examples. You will bring your top 3 examples with your group to the session and present that to another group. The other group will then evaluate and give you relevant feedback about your examples
- Reflection and sharing of ideas on where agile would work and where it would not.
- The sessions are not recorded, the learning builds on presence and practice. We work with digital tools such as Miro.
