Overview of the evening
There will be plenty of opportunity to network but the evening will centre on two core sessions:
Session 1 – Busting the Myths of Agile HR Transformation
with Jennifer Ashton, People & Culture Director at BT Group
A discussion between our host Riina and Jennifer around the myths and realities of Agile transformation. They will explore the topics of:
- Different views about agility: Agile blueprints vs. “It’s a mindset”
- Getting senior-level buy-in
- Operating model and organisation collaboration – more than just upskilling!
- Transformation tensions such as “Agile doesn’t work!”
- The need for disruptive HR leaders
Session 2 – Agile HR and AI development
with James Hayward (Global Learning Technology Manager) and Sophie Rustichelli (Senior Talent Manager) at Experian
James and Sophie will share how Experian integrated AI into its performance enablement strategy – using Agile principles to co‑design, iterate, and scale solutions with employees, not just for them.
In this conversation, you’ll hear:
- How Agile principles and rapid prototyping fast-tracked AI in performance management
- Why building an AI‑supported performance journey with employees created more meaningful, higher‑quality conversations
- Insights on cultural readiness, adoption, and governance when embedding AI into the performance ecosystem
- An exploration of the evolving intersection of Agile HR and AI with a leader at the cutting-edge of AI development in HR
You’ll also have plenty of time to exchange ideas through facilitated breakout discussions and networking.
Expect great conversation, practical insights and a warm community atmosphere – with wine, soft drinks, teas, coffee and light snacks to keep the ideas flowing.
