We plan, prepare and facilitate big room planning, PI-planning, or quarterly planning events in HR, with up to 100 participants. These can be hybrid or in-person events.

Determining which items to prioritize in each portfolio, managing dependencies and blockers, and balancing existing products with new initiatives and operational demands are all crucial aspects of establishing effective Portfolio Management in HR.
